As per our Terms and Conditions, we maintain a Strict Defect-Only Return Policy.

Acceptable Reason: We will only accept returns if the product is confirmed to be fundamentally defective (e.g., significant material tears, permanent stains, major stitching errors that render the garment unwearable).

Non-Acceptable Reasons (No Returns/Exchanges): We do not accept returns or exchanges based on the following reasons:

Sizing or fitting issues.

Color difference (due to screen resolution).

Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction.

Damage caused by misuse, improper washing, or failure to follow care instructions.

2. Return Timeline and Condition

Condition: The defective product must be returned to us unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
3. How to Initiate a Return if Defective

Approval: Our Quality Control (QC) team will review the claim. If approved, we will send you an email confirmation with instructions for return shipping.

Return Shipping: We will arrange for a reverse pickup or provide you with a shipping label for the return of the defective item.
4. Refund Processing
Once the returned defective item is received and the defect is verified by our QC team:
