1. Use of the Site and Products

We strive to be as accurate as possible in the description of our Products (including materials like cotton, rayon, and viscose, and designs like three-tier frocks). However, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, color, size, or other content are entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Due to variations in display settings, colors may appear differently on your screen.
1.3 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including unique maxis, kurtas, and frock designs, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VAAHNTARA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or designs without our express written permission.
 
2. Orders and Pricing
2.1 Acceptance of Orders
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
2.2 Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are listed in [INR/Currency] and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final price, inclusive of applicable taxes if any, but exclusive of shipping charges (unless otherwise stated).

2.3 Bulk/B2B Purchases
These Terms apply primarily to individual consumer purchases. If you are interested in B2B or bulk purchases (e.g., wholesalers buying multiple designs of maxis or kurtas), separate contractual terms regarding MOQ, pricing, quality assurance, and delivery will apply, which must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Delivery, Returns, and Exchanges
3.1 Order Delivery and Risk
We will ship the Products to the address designated by you at checkout. Title and risk of loss for all Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. For detailed information regarding shipping methods, costs, and timelines, please refer to our separate Shipping Policy.
3.2 Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for Products that are fundamentally defective (e.g., material tears, irreparable stitching errors). We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges based on sizing, fit discrepancies, or change of mind.

• Time Limit: You must initiate a return within [3] days of receiving the Product.

• Condition: Returned Products must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

• Verification: All returned products are subject to rigorous inspection to confirm the reported defect.

• Refunds: Refunds for confirmed defective items will be processed to the original payment method after the Product is received and verified.

 
4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
4.1 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VAAHNTARA, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Products.

4.2 Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VAAHNTARA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property rights.
 
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the State of Tamil Nadu, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
