1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our facility in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

  • Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within [1-3] business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order: If your Product is customized, processing may take [5-7] business days or as specified on the product page.
     

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, the delivery time depends on the destination and the courier partner.

  • Local (Tamil Nadu): [1-4] business days

  • National (Rest of India): [3-7] business days

Note: Delivery dates are estimates only. VAAHNTARA is not responsible for courier delays due to unforeseen circumstances, high volume, or any other local issues.
 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet the minimum order value threshold, which is specified during checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD may be available for select pin codes, subject to an additional service charge detailed at checkout.
     

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email / message containing the courier name and a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to monitor the status of your shipment.
 

5. Delivery Issues

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the product is transferred to the customer upon delivery to the courier carrier.

  • Incomplete or Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, you will be responsible for the full reshipment cost.
